name to
put on the money order and where to mail it to. (Unless you are
willing to take Paypal payment, in which case I can arrange payment
to
your Paypal account immediately.)
Thanks.

I see that you're the admin., tech. and Billing contact for the
"CAN.COM" domain, so I'm hoping you can either help me out or refer
me
to someone else who can. I'm getting DESPARATE so PLEASE RESPOND!
I purchased an item from the person/business using the email address
"myactions@can.com" and having sent them my money, they now don't seem
to respond to email or phone calls. I tried looking up information
about them on the Internet and also tried to verify the phone number
via 555-1212, but they seem to have an unlisted phone number.
THIS IS
MY LAST RESORT!
Can you tell me ANYTHING about this person? ANY information would
be
useful! For example, if you find that their email inbox is empty,
it
tells me they have read my messages and are choosing not to respond.
If you have a phone number or address other than:
WALTER ZIDOVSKY
124 Kathleen Drive 2
Beaver Falls, PA 15010
United States
(412)291-1193
(this is the information they supplied me)
then it may indicate that someone else is using their account for the
purposes of fraud.
You can easily verify that I have a legitimate reason to contact this
person if you check the Ebay auction I purchased from:
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1317834610
You'll see the ebay userid "rajnesh" is the buyer (that's me) and the
userid "lizziebitd" is the seller (that's "myactions@can.com").
Here's the last email I received from them:

I realize that due to security reasons there may be a very limited
amount of information you can actually give me, but I'm hoping that
you will realize the nature of my situation and be willing to help
out
a fellow human being as much as you can, within reason. I have
given
you all of the information I have about this person above. You
can at
least verify if any of this information is the same as what "can.com"
has registered for that email address. Verifying this doesn't
give
out any further information other than what I already have.
Thanks in advance for ANYTHING you can do to help me out!

Subject: HELP! Possible seller fraud!
Date: Tue, 15 Jan 2002 13:07:13 -0800
I'm hoping you can help me. I purchased the item on Ebay auction
#1317834610 and have sent the seller a money order already. The
seller was very responsive to email until they received my payment.
After that they have not responded to 4 emails or 2 phone calls asking
about the merchandise!
I have received the seller's information from your service and the
phone number agrees with the one I already have (which doesn't get
any
response). I actually have MORE information than you do since
I also
have the street address where they asked me to send the money order.
In order for the seller to list the item on ebay they would have given
you a credit card number. Can you verify if the billing address
for
that number agrees with the information they gave me below:
WALTER ZIDOVSKY
124 Kathleen Drive 2
Beaver Falls, PA 15010
United States
(412)291-1193
I'm trying to find out anything I can about this person now that they
have my money and haven't sent the merchandise. I have already
left
them both email and phone messages saying that I plan to turn it over
to the US Postal System as a case of Postal Fraud on Friday unless
I
hear something. I'm still hoping to avoid that by following up
myself.
ANY HELP YOU CAN PROVIDE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
ANYTHING! For example, did their credit card actualy pay the Ebay
selling charges, or did it not work? Has there been any other
activity by this user ("Lizziebitd") recently? Have you had any
other
complaints from other buyers from this user? ANYTHING at all
would
help me build up an idea of what may be happening here. If I
get to
this Friday without hearing from them I'll turn over whatever I have
to the Postal authorities.
I hope you can help me!

Lizziebitd is a stolen identity. The items sold are a scam. They don't
exist. There is no such person as WALTER ZIDOVSKY. The police referred
to
him as a Russian gypsy where they move into an area run a scam and
disappear.
Sorry to be the bearer of such bad news. If you need more info
drop me a
line or call at 919-387-4860.
The Pennsylvania State Police are involved in the investigation. Trooper
Bowman is the person to speak to at:724-773-7400.

I have found that the user of this account is currently being
investigated by the US Inspector's office as well as the Penn. Police
for Fraud. Apparently they are one of a number of Russian gypsies
who
run a scam and then move on before the law can catch up with them.
I
assume one of the above offices will be contacting you to gain
information about this user soon. In the meantime, you may want
to
contact the Penn. State Police at 724-773-7400 and talk to Officer
Bowman (assuming you care enough to offer your services in tracking
down such people and bringing them to justice).
