Barracuda Spam Filter Temporarily Disabled
Due to some issues beginning last Friday (May 18, 2007), the Barracuda spam filter was removed from processing incoming mail for employees.org on Sunday.
You will very likely notice an increase in the amount of spam in your employees.org account. The Barracuda was dropping some mail and rejecting other mail, and rather than have such a high false positive rate we decided to disable the spam filter for now.
SpamAssassin continues to be available on employees.org, and is run by default against all incoming mail. This creates tags which can be used by your mail user agent, or by procmail rules, to filter mail that is tagged by SpamAssassin as spam.
