In .muttrc::

   set pop_host=pops://mail.employees.org
   set pop_user=username

When you login, you'll need to accept the SSL certificate. Check the fingerprint

   set folder=imaps://mail.employees.org
   set imap_user=username
   set imap_home_namespace=Mail
