• Click "Settings" > "Configure Kmail"
• Click "Network"
• Select the "Receiving" tab
• Click "Add"
• Select POP3 or IMAP
• On the "General" tab:
  • Fill in name of profile
  • Fill in your login and password
  • Host is mail.employees.org
  • For IMAP only:
    • Set "Prefix to Folders" to Mail
• On the "Extras" or "Security" tab
  • Use SSL for secure mail download
  • Choose Authentication Method LOGIN
• Close dialogs

When certificate fails verification check, look at the certificate details. Compare the fingerprint to our fingerprint. Then accept the certificate forever if you like.
