NMH Installed

NMH, a new version of the MH mail client, has been installed.

NMH v1.04 has been installed on willers. NMH is a rewrite of the old MH mail client. Users should note that nmh uses a mktemp() library call, which has an inherit race condition that can expose user data. It is not a security risk to the system, which is why we are allowing it to be installed, but anyone using NMH should be forewarned.
