First reviewer's review:
>>> Summary of the paper <<<
The paper argues in favor of approaches to search in a P2P system that decouple the problem of searching meta-data from locating the actual data desired. The use of two distinct networks is proposed for this task.
>>> Comments <<<
The paper is well-written, and argues reasonably well about the limitations of hash-based approaches, and the need for higher-level ways of searching in a P2P network. However, the paper becomes weaker when it comes to suggesting alternatives to the current approaches. The proposed solution of a second overlay network seems to duplicate work with respect to the first one, and the interactions between the two are not clear. Moreover, the details of how meta-data are actually handled and hosted at each node are glossed over.
However, I think this is fine for a position paper.

Second reviewer's review:
>>> Summary of the paper <<<
The paper describes an approach to add rich meta-data search capabilities to content-addressable storage systems like Chord and Pastry.
>>> Comments <<<
The solution proposed is straightforward and, as also observed by the author in the concluding section, it is still to be demonstrated that it may offer any improvement with respect to using the search overlay network alone (i.e., without the storage system).
