Original Floorplan

The floorplan for our 3 bedroom, 1 bath house when we moved here in 1995. The house has no garage, and is on a corner lot. The street corner is next to the master bedroom. The living space is about 1350 square feet.

Living Room

This was from Christmas 1995, after we moved in.

Den

This room is very dark. Shows the original "window" which is just a pane of glass, with some shutters attached, and wood panelling.

Dining Room

From before we moved in. The furnace and water heater are in the closet on the left side of photo.

Kitchen

The kitchen has not changed much since 1995. We replace the light on the ceiling with a fluorescent one, but that's about it.

Master bedroom

Original window with shutters.

Bathroom

This is before we moved in. We replaced the pedestal sink with a small vanity and replaced the mirror, light fixture and replaced the light switch with a dimmer.

Exterior in 2005

The only changes we made were to paint the house yellow and white, and replaced the front windows. The original tulip tree on the corner had died so we planted a red maple in its place.
