Lake City is already useful as a legitimate shopping area and a place to look 
around.

It is the hub of the module in development. Some parts and hints toward that 
are in place, and even full quests may appear, or be broken, with no warning.

Put the .hak file in your NWN hak directory and the .mod file in your NWN 
modules directory.

NOTE WELL:  This module uses the NWN Community Expansion Pack (CEP), which you
