Hall

Hall is a small town just 8km east of Innsbruck in the Austrian Alps on the Inn River.

Gasthof Badl is just a stones throw away from the Inn river and just a 10 minute walk across the river into Hall's city center. From the minute that you step into the lobby you feel like you're at home. The staff lead by the Steiner family is very friendly and helpful as we experienced first hand when trying to retrieve our luggage which was lost by the airline.

The rooms are moderately sized (not too big not too small) with bathroom/shower/phone/tv in the room. It's just the right size to feel comfortable for a few day stay.

In addition to a cozy hotel the Gasthof runs a fine restaurant and have a great patio in the back of the hotel where you can enjoy a local beer.

Breakfast is included in the price of the room and there is ample parking available for guests.

Prices in Sept. 2001 were about $65 USD for a double room
