We spent the first night in Oxford at a very cozy and romantic hotel - The Old Parsonage.  The Brits wasted no time in duping Jenni with their culinary acumen.   One serving of "vegetarian lasagna" had  Jen actively questioning ingredients of seemingly innocuous dishes for the rest of the trip.

The next day found us on our way to Wales, but first we needed to stop off at Blenheim Palace.  We ran out of time and missed the palace on our last trip.
