Assembling the hull. Stiching the planks together with copper wire spaced every 3 inches. The gallon of epoxy sits on the bottom panel to help induce some curvature. One plank at a time... Its starting to come together. Once you start stiching its hard to stop until its done.

Are we done yet... Don't think so. Even though its beginning to look like a boat there is much work to be done. At this stage all the initial stiching is done and the boat is ready for a flip to start gluing the panels together. The center bulkhead is It is now time for the epoxy syringe. Thickened epoxy needs to be syringed along the edges between the panels. This is what it now looks like. Once the epoxy hardens we can start removing the copper wires.

A look from the stern of the glued joints. We still needed to glue the bow and stern panels which needs to be done from the inside. The bottom panel also needs to be glued with a nice fillet to the first panel. This is to better accomodate the fiberglassing job that will happen later. This is w Closer look at the bow panel. Notice that there are gaps at the stiches. These will be filled once the wires are gone.
