As a guest, you are expected to clean the condo before leaving. We ask that you leave it in the same condition as you found it (suitable for the next guest). To make this as painless as possible, all cleaning supplies are available at the condo. One of the biggest questions guests have about cleaning is what to do about linens? The answer is that we provide linens (towels, sheets, etc..). You can choose to use them or bring your own. However, if you decide to use our linens we ask that you clean them before leaving. The condo has a washer/dryer and we provide the detergents. NOTE: If preferable, a cleaning service is available for an additional cost ($75 for basic cleaning OR $120 includes all linens).
We have most everything you would expect to find in a hotel room and more. We provide soaps, shampoos and one hair dryer. We have some beach stuff, including a couple of chairs, a boogie board, an umbrella and some toys for kids. There is also an assortment of board games, puzzles and playing cards. The kitchen is stocked fairly well. Beverages typically include a minimum of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and kool-aide. Condiments such as butter, ketchup, mustard, jelly, etc.. can usually be found in the refrigerator. Be sure to check expiration dates on all perishable items.
