Clearance for the injectors and fuel rail.
I used 3/4" phenolic faced with rubberized cork to raise the plenum.
Adapter plate has been cut away as well.
Mods to the TB to clear the fuel rail for both mounting and throttle
opening.
Needed to weld on additional material to reinforce the throttle
stop arm in order to cut away the most of the original arm that hit
the fuel rail.
Intake manifold modified to fit the injectors.
All work done on a drill press. 15/16 holes for the injector body
and a 5/8 hole for the injector bottom. The original nozzle hole
was already larger than the new injector, so sealing will be
via an O-ring on the base of the 15/16 injector body.
Injectors and fuel rail installed for front bank. The O-rings have
not been installed yet, so the injector body will actually sit
up higher by about 1/16.
