Aft Mondial-8 Euro header in wooden weld fixture showing damaged bend replaced with new bend. An Inconel heat shield was welded over the opposite pipe that also showed heat damage. Assembly has been TIG welded. The defective portion of the tube that was cut out is shown in the middle on top of 14 step assembly procedure.

Header has been flipped over to show repair from the other side. Note the rewelds as the pipes had to be disassembled down to the collectors in order to gain access to the circumference of the pipe for welding.
