        Seene ka Daag hai woh Naalah, ke lab tak na gaya.
        Khaak ka Rizk hai woh katra jo darya na huwa.


That Naalah (grief) which does NOT come out of the heart (seene), via words
is just a stain on the heart. i.e. ur grief has no effect and no meaning if it 
does not come out in POWERFUL words and just remains in ur heart like a stain. 
 &
Similarly, those tears (katra, is related to tears here)...which come out,
as a drop or two have no meaning....they will just get absorbed by the 
earth (khaak ka rizk), i.e. they will be useless. Therefore, if u want to 
cry, cry so much that there is a whole sea of tears....and that will be 
effective!!! to create a toofaan (i.e. a result)

Waqt se ek shair yaad aagaya....this shair is taught in Urdu medium at
school level, but has good meaning :

        (ignorant)   (clock)               (announcement) 
        Gaafil tujhe ghadyaal yeh deta hai Manaadi
        Ke tu ne ghadi umr ki ek aur ghata di.
                 (sec.)

Manaadi : In olden times when announcements were made by those dudes 
          carrying drums, they were said to be giving a Manaadi.

Rest of the shair is easy...that time is fleeting,
      .......while the drums of clock are beating

The lines below are quite confusing and need to be read several times to       
understand their meaning.

1. The poison of Grief had as it is killed me...
   Why did u leave the grief (of obtaining u), and inturn got the blame
   that your grief has killed me. 
  
2. Why should i not drink wine. (which is haram) 
   Since my griefs have made my life haram .
    i.e If i don't drink the griefs will make my life haram 
       & If i drink (although it is haram) it will kill my griefs.
     SO, in the options of Haram..why not select Wine.

3. What kiss ? I think this by itself is a favour...
   that she does not realise that i m enjoying her bad-words.
   If she realises this then she may even stop giving bad-words..
   as it is she is not giving kiss.
