This doll is proudly owned by my Mom. She sits in a place of honor in her living room. Black Tie Affair is a beautiful doll dressed in solid black satin. She wears a drop waist gown, beaded in a herringbone pattern with black bugule beads and pearls. She has a very large full skirt with a cranoline underneath. Elegantly draped over her elbows is a black chiffon wrap. Her eyes, lips and fingernails have been repainted.
