Can-Can Dancer Carlotta is another centerpiece for the 2000 National Barbie Doll Convention in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She will be displayed at the "Music Hall" dinner. She is a Can-Can dancer wearing a dress of red and black with embroidered and rose decorated bodice, 12 layer underskirt with alternating ruffle layers, pantyhose, handpainted boots and headdress.
