Mattel, the FDCR and the designer must be satisfied with the final design in order to proceed with production. · This contest is not sponsored by, or affiliated with, Mattel. · The winner of the contest agrees to represent the Fashion Doll Club of the Rockies in a positive manner and will not undermine or tarnish the Fashion Doll Club of the Rockies or the 2002 convention.
