| Comet HaleBopp imaged with a Meade LX200 10" at F/4 and a CB 245 CCD Camera. I combined ten 1 second exposures to create this image. This was shot from my backyard near Laguna Beach, Calif on Feburary 15, 1997 at 5:38 in the morning. I just happen to look to the East and there it was so I decided to image it just for fun. This view is of the comet heading out of our solar system. |
