This image of M8 is a single 2 minute exposure taken on July 26th, 1998 at ANZA with my Meade LX200 10" F/6.3 telescope with a SBIG ST-8 and the new AO-7 Adaptive Optics. To the left is the is the open cluster NGC 6530.
