Super Bowl moved to Sunday

FITCHBURG -- The Fitchburg High School Division 1 Super Bowl game
scheduled for Saturday at 12:30 p.m. has been moved to Sunday at the
same time, Worcester State College's Assistant Athletic Director John
Meany said Friday.

Meany said the college had problems with a transformer on campus that
will not be fixed until late Friday night.

"Everything's been moved to Sunday," Meany said.

The game will be played on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. at Worcester State
College, Meany said.

Fitchburg is taking on Longmeadow for the Central/Western
Mass. Division 1 Super Bowl.
