Retired as a CPA, came to Virginia Tech (VT) & earned a
doctorate degree in 1984 at age 50.  Was immediately hired
by VT as Financial Coordinator of Business Operations,
retiring in 1999.  Wife, Nancy, Radcliffe 56 and Chicago
Wesley Memorial Hospital School of Nursing 59, and I have
three sons and seven grandchildren.  We live on a 27-acre
horse farm, just 6-miles from VT, and we have three
horses. I also drive 40-foot buses for Blacksburg Transit
part time and para-transit vans with lifts to transport
disabled people in the community. (06/03/02)

Still working in Hi Tech in eastern Massachusetts.
Never left the area after college.  My second wife,
Jennifer, and I together raised four kids; Stephen, Andrew,
Aimee' and Elissa - now ages 37 down to 31.  The two girls
live in Manhattan, the boys are in Massachusetts.  Andrew in
Boston.  Stephen in the Berkshires.  One granddaughter,
Nicole.  

Life has been very good to me. We have a lovely spot on
a hill with a view. (06/04/02)
