This is commonly-known information about Ryujin and Neinya system/planet:

Ryujin are a very humanlike species believed to be descended from aquatic reptiles. Their racial homeworld is Ryugu, a water planet located outside the Nebula. The largest concentration of Ryujin within the Nebula is Neinya, terraformed and partially colonized just prior to the war. During the war, Ryugu allied with the Ss’tor. A series of battles took place on and near Neinya just before the end of hostilities.
Ryujin appear human with slight reptilian traits. They have very finely scaled skin. Hands and feet are clawed and slightly webbed. Skin and hair tend to be shades appropriate to a marine environment – blues and greens ranging from nearly white to pure black. Eyes have slit pupils and can be nearly any color. Ryujin, as a species, are considered somewhat aloof.
With little landmass or usable resources, most travelers have few reasons to travel to Neinya. The planet is known for importing foodstuffs, agricultural goods, and terraforming supplies. Their most commonly known export is trained workers, especiallyvarious sorts of repair techs and sushi chefs. Since Ryujin eat fish and shellfish by preference, they consider sushi-making a form of art.
However, only people in tune with less-than-legal activities know that Neinya is an excellent place to repair ships and mecha, no questions asked.
