Blocks of molded polystyrene& reinforcement, reinforced with rebar, forms closed & then cement pumped.
Drywall or panel on the inside, and stucco on the outside is planned.
Super insulated, pest & rot proof, and 6x stronger than a wood frame structure. Earthquake sturdy & a retaining wall.
The pictures from this angle are all taken with the on-site web cam.

Details of window opening lintel reinforcement. "bomb proof"
09/27/03 - A picture of the window 'bucking' form that keeps the cement inside the forms while pumped.
All openings have a sculpted cement molded relief to smooth transition from 16" finish wall to window & door casements.
For the upper floor SIP (structural insulated panel) wall, the cement lintel is formed solid for floor joists and the lower sill plate.
This "art detail" cost a couple weeks - but worth it.
