I had to go to San Jose from Raleigh on business in May of this year. I decided to enjoy everything I could!
On the way to San Francisco,
I had a wonderful, joyous errand: I delivered Taz, out of my
recent litter, to his eagerly-waiting mom Lynnie. Taz joined
Lynnie, a professional dog trainer, and Langley and Zydeco, her
Rottweiler and spaniel, to live in Austin Texas. Taz worked as a
real therapy dog before he had been in Austin 24 hours! From the
looks on both faces, I think it was Instant & TOTAL Love!

Then I went to San Jose and worked, till the weekend arrived. I finally got to meet Melissa and Jax; Melissa and I "met" on rec.pets.dogs way back when it was one small newsgroup! I "knew" and loved her original Bullmastiff, Brinks (always remembered with love), and had fun meeting and playing with his successor, Jax. (Jax will get his own page soon....) Sunday, Melissa and I went to Alison's house in San Francisco, where WE met at last. We took Lucy to a neighborhood park before we took off on the mad dash to end all mad dashes, a rocket-speed trip around the San Francisco area, so I could take these pictures to share (although I prefer to think of it as practice for Alison and Lucy, for their major trek cross country the following month!).
