Interesting cave the Ken and others had surveyed. Very wide stream entrance. We headed back to the back to take a look at high lead. We had to make some interesting scrambling moves and crawl through a wet passage with cold water to get back to the room. I climbed up to take a look at the lead, chimneying up with my back against a mostly smooth wall and my feet on a very featured wall not more than a foot away. The lead didn't go.
On the way back out, Yu and I headed back into a long-ish passage, following a high travere over a short canyon and carefully climbing through some formations. The room at the end echoed at frequency close to my speaking voice. Howard, Hayden, Yu, and I all explored a wet passage just off the main stream passage near the entrance. The large rock formation was flowing with water and covered with pretty rimstone all over the top.
Tanya, Keith, Lea, Andrew, Lisa, Diana stayed outside to work on digging at the end of the stream where it disappeared. Keith and Andrew were the main earth and rock moving force. Second trip into the cave was made up of Ken, Keith, Andrew and Lea.
Rode back with Diana after finishing for the day.
