This was the grotto conservation trip to Snider's Cave which is just outside of Marion, VA. Ken Walsh, Tanya McLaughlin, Mark Little, Mike Broome, Lisa Lorenzin participated in the cleanup. It took 4.5 hours form 11am to 3:30pm. We had to make a run for more garbage bags after we used up the 30 we had brought with us. (Made sure to get the most puncture-resistant ones we could find at the grocery store.)
Ended up with over 40 bags of garbage, 4 tires, and a bunch of metal junk. We used Tanya's Saturn wagon as the garbage barge, hauling it all back to her front yard since the dump is closed on Sundays.
