NEW BLOOD
WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Sean Cobourn, the Access Fund Regional Coordinator for North Carolina, would like to get some feedback on his tenure in that position. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Sean has been our area representative for close to eight years now. During his tenure he's been involved in many issues in big ways and small. Some of his Highlights include helping to:

1. Open South Carolina state parks to climbing for the first time ever.
2. Get North Carolina state parks to reexamine their hostile attitude towards climbing after several accidents.
3. Get permission to re-bolt Stone Mountain and Crowders Mountain State Parks.
4. Draft climbing management plans for Big Southfork NRRA, Blue Ridge Parkway and Crowders Mountain State Park.
5. Reopen Rumbling Bald.
6. "Discover" and develop the Cloven Cliffs (with owners permission).
7. Support the work of the Carolina Climbers Coalition.
8. Raise money and awareness for the Access Fund.

QUESTION:
Is it time for Sean to step down and let some new blood take over, or is old age and treachery better than youth?
