In 500, the Danish king Froda attacked the Angles and Jutes, forcing them to flee. Quichelm led a fleet of 5 warboats to Britain, landing on the coast of the Iceni tribe. Numerous small battles gained Quichelm his kingdom. Quichelm is a hard man, hating the Danes with a passion, and cruel to the British slaves in his household. he is known for his left thumbnail, which he uses to put out the eyes of prisoners during interrogation and torture. This thumbnail is more in the order of a talon, about an inch long and triangular like the claw of a wildcat. Description: A large, burly man, his arms are longer than normal, hanging nearly to his knees. His face is weather-beaten and proud, but snarling like a thyrs when Quichelm is in battle. His reddish hair is going gray, and hangs in two braids below his shoulders.
