Many other "Aethelings" (Saxon princes) existed during this age in Britain, but the men detailed here made the greatest conquests, and can rightfully claim to rule many theods. Many of these kings die either at the Battle of Saint Albans (versus Uther Pendragon) or before the Battle of Mt. Badon (versus Arthur). Aelle of the South Saxons and Aesc of Kent were alive but absented from Saint Albans, and so survived the earlier era to fight against Arthur at Badon; their stats for both the earlier period under Uther and later under Arthur (until 518) are given.
