This is our first place in Citrus Heights.  We spruced it up with a little paint (note this is the old paint job shown! I wouldn't put my name on a color like that!) and did a little fix up work..and rented it out.

Our second venture...we decided that the numbers looked a bit better with single family homes, so picked up this place in Sacramento / Foothill Farms area.  And yes...another paint job...

Our third place is another duplex in Citrus Heights.  For once, the outside is in great shape - no paint job needed.  I'm not going to know what to do with myself...
