Writting Practice

A game diary

Dear Renee,

Since I am trying to improve my writting skill, I thought that I would write you a letter. Here are my thoughts on what happened yesterday and the previous night. It was wet. Yes, there's more to it than that, but wet it truly was.

I was worried when the inspector came to question Eric and you. I thought that he might try to take you away. I was very glad when he left after simply questioning you. I would not have been happy otherwise.

It was disturbing, to say the least, when I opened the front door and found Maxwell Blake spiderwebbed to it. The fact that he was dead only made it a little better. I am glad that you were able to figure out how to dispose of his body, that was quite interesting. My greatest fear is that the one who killed Blake is an Ananassi, a WereSpider. That could be very bad! Unfortunately, all of the wounds he had look like that is the case. I got so caught up in dealing with that that I forgot to go back out and call for Raul. Oh well, I can do that tomorrow.

As I told you before, Reuben and I failed to get the water elementals to leave the house alone. In fact, they wanted to cause more rain to pour on us. Luckily Eric knew how to shield the roof. I hope that it holds. Now we need to work on the basement.

I also wanted to apologize for making you sneeze all the time. when you finish meditating you will find this note but not me. I will be sleeping away from you so that you can have peace. I'm sorry!

Oh, speaking of meditating, I finally did it too. I feel much better now. I hope that it goes well for you, and I will see you later.

Love,

John
