NAWAM POYA CEREMONY.

Dear Friends,

You, your family and friends are kindly invited to participate in the Nawam-Poya ceremony to be held on Saturday, February 11th, 2012 at the North Carolina Buddhist Viharaya.

Heel Dhana for the Maha Sangha and Upaska/Upasikas will be provided. The Daval Dhana will be provided along with the participation of everyone who wishes to bring a dish. Please find the link to the menu and signup sheet below.

6:45am Arrival of preceptors.
7:30am Observance of the eight precepts.
8:00am Buddha pooja.
8:15am Heel dana for Maha Sangha and Upasaka/Upasika.
9:00am-10:15am Meditation (Bavana).
10:30am-11:00am Buddha Pooja.
11:30am  Daval Dana for Maha Sangha and Upasaka/Upasika.
12:00-1:00pm Lunch
1:30pm-3:30am Dhamma sermon and discussion
