Hoegaarden Grand Cru	Belgium	8.7		A slightly darker ale than Hoegaarden Draught and much darker than Witbeer. Excelllent taste and really worth trying.
Titje Wit Bier	Belgium	4.7		Very similar to Hoegaarden Wit Bier with citrus and spice flavours.
Piraat Amber	Belgium	10.5		May be just my taste but has a very nice nutty flavour, excellent beer.

Leffe Brune	Belgium	6.5		Excellent as would expect from this Abbeye brewery. Rich flavours from careful use of hops and malt - great head retention.
Leffe Radieuse	Belgium	8.2		Deep red amber ale. Very aromatic and has a hint of a chocolate taste quite pleasant.
Leffe Vieille Cuvee	Belgium	8.2		Quite pleasant somewhat aromatic.
Leffe Blonde	Belgium	6.6		Leffe never let you down - thr best Blonde beer I have ever had.
Orval	Belgium	6.2		One of the lower strength Trappist beers but still full of the flavour one would expect.
Westmalle Trappist	Belgium	9.0		An excellent Trappist beer. Heck, Belgium just keeps coming up with great beer. I think I'll have to have a holiday over there to enjoy the delightful ales they have on offer!!
Rodenbach	Belgium	5.0		I have no idea what Rodenbach means but if it translates to a full bodied beer, with great flavours, aromas and a beautiful deep red colour - it is right. Oh well! I now learn it is a family name.
Belle-Vue Framboise	Belgium	5.2		Just not my style of beer far too fruity.
Trappistes Rochefort 10	Belgium	11.3		Excellent beer this one. The flavours, aromas and colour of this beer are superb. However, at 11.3% I suggest just one bottle at a time slowly.

Mc Chouffe	Belgium	8.5		Very much like the Erdinger Dunkel. Amazingly light and refreshing for a dark, strong beer, yet truly full of taste. Just enjoy this great ale as you would a fine wine - the tastes are superb. No "bugger it" just enjoy and swill away.
Duvel	Belgium	8.5		Another fine beer. Very smooth but it has a kick in the tail trust me!
Duvel Tripel Hop	Belgium	9.5		An excellent beer with great hop flavours (Citra and Styrian Golding) and bitterness
Silly Saison	Belgium	5.0		Don't get too excited.
Heverlee Premium Lager	Belgium	4.8		Quite a reasonable lager but still on the average side given Belgian standards.
Titje Witbier	Belgium	5.0		A good wheat beer but there are many better ones out there.
St Benoit Blonde	Belgium	6.3		A traditional style Abbey ale from a country that knows how to brew great beers.
Bush Amber	Belgium	12.0		A very fruity ale which is really appreciated when served in the correct glass. A pleasure well worth the cost.
Timmermans Gueuze	Belgium	5.0		A refreshing beer with no great complexity. Enjoyable though.
Timmermans Peche Lambic	Belgium	4.0		I am not really a fan of these lambic ales but what Belgian beer page would be without them.
Timmermans Framboise Lambic	Belgium	4.0		Even though I am not a great fan of lambic ales this one was really quite pleasant.
La Guillotine	Belgium	9.0		A cloudy, sharp beer but somewhat sweet in my opinion, very complex.
Tripel Karmeliet	Belgium	8.0		Supposed to have a caramel taste - I'll have to try another one to confirm this! Second one tasted now and still no caramel taste - I'll keep trying because I do quite like this beer!
Biere du Corsaire	Belgium	9.0		Quite pleasant but something missing!
Passendale Blonde	Belgium	6.0		Quite a reasonable and pleasant tasting beer.

Artevelde Grand Cru	Belgium	7.3		An excellent Belgian ale with a chocolate flavour but may be a bit sweet for some palettes-I liked it though.
Double Enghien Blonde	Belgium	7.5		Quite light tasting despite the 7.5% alcohol by volume.
Judas	Belgium	8.5		A very tasty beer but it sure doesn't taste as if it is 8.5%.
Villers Oud Vieille	Belgium	7.0		A good dark ale in true abbey style.
Grimbergen Dubbel	Belgium	6.5		A good abbey brewed beer with decent tastes but don't get too excited.
Grimbergen Blonde	Belgium	6.7		Very pleasat drinkable beer with excellent aroma and hop flavour.
Grimbergen Blanche	Belgium	6.0		Again another very drinkable brew from Grimbergen - very similar to the Blonde.
St Idesbald Blond	Belgium	6.5		Very pleasant abbey blond ale. Good malty taste.
Bornem Trippel	Belgium	11.0		Real flavour that you would expect from Belgian Abbey Ale. Intense flavour and very malty which is what I like.
Bornem Dubbel	Belgium	11.0		Quite a light tasting beer but you can tell the strength is there from the first taste.
Deus Brut des Flandres	Belgium	11.5		An amazing beer brewed from barley. This is brewed in Belgium and then sent to the Champagne region in France to be refined using the method Champagnoise. The result is a fine beer with the carbonation of fine Champagne. However, it is probably the most expensive beer in the world with a 750mls costing just over USD50.00 - one only!
Floris Ninkebery Gardenbeer	Belgium	3.9		Fruit style beer which I don't normally like too much but I had this one at lunchtime and it was quite pleasant.
Floris Griotte Gardenbeer	Belgium	3.0		Cherry flavoured beer - nothing to get excited about.
Cuvee des Trolls	Belgium	7.0		An average Belgian ale - not really up to the Chimay/La Chouffe standards.
Floris Chocolat	Belgium	4.2		A very strong chocolate aroma and pleasant chocolate taste. Not bad if you fancy a change I have always thought that chocolate and beer go well together.
Mort Subite Cassis	Belgium	4.5		I am not normally a fan of these Lambic Fruit Ales but this was quite pleasant as a change.
Blanche des Neiges	Belgium	5.0		Light tasting - no real hop or malt flavour.
Brabo Premium Lager	Belgium	N/A		Fairly average and not up the usual standard of Belgium. Also, no strength indicated on the bottle but I suspect about 4.5%.
Campus Premium	Belgium	5.0		Average beer.
Loburg Lager	Belgium	5.7		Don't get excited - very poor by Belgian standards. Mine was a draught consumed in Amiens, France so it should be able to travel that far !
Saison Dupont	Belgium	6.5		If you see this beer I strongly suggest you purchase a bottle. It has a great colour and aroma. This is a seasonal beer made only in very small quantities. The late, great Michael Jackson really rated this ale. This beer is quite fruity and dry but is well worth keeping an eye open for. Just tasting another bottle now - still perfect.
Kasteel Bruin	Belgium	11.0		A beer to be savoured. Quite fruity with a hint of chocolate flavours. I just run out of expletives for the beauty of Belgian beers!
Cervesia	Belgium	8.0		An excellent combination of hops and malt - with a hint of citrus. Great beer - buy it if you see it.
Floreffe Prime Melior	Belgium	8.0		A pleasant malty ale with good head retention and a nutty sort of lingering taste.
Barb�r Honey Ale	Belgium	8.0		You can taste the honey in this dry, crisp and refreshing honey beer.
Beglian Blue Wheat Bear	Belgium	4.5		A pleasant, crisp wheat beer with hints of citrus. Quite refreshing.
Barons Pale Ale	Belgium	4.6		Fairly bland American style pale ale. No real hop flavours. malt - just about nothing. Claims to be an Australian brewery bit the ale is made in Belgium - most strange.
Rubbel Sexy Lager	Belgium	5.0	Nil	With a name like this I should have guessed that the beer would be useless and tasteless. But it comes from Belgium and with their centuries of great brewing tradition I had to try it - what a pity I wasted my time. The only interest in this beer is that you can scratch off the girls bikini to reveal a naked woman - wow how exciting is that! If someone offers you this beer just refuse and have a glass of water because it has more flavour.
