This is the earthen oven where the traditional Kalua Pig is cooked for 24-hours.

The cooked pig is being removed for the luau feast. Good stuff!

Live entertainment is a part of every Hawaiian luau.

This was the location used in the movie "Outbreak" with Dustin Hoffman. This was the village that was fire bombed. I also saw the valley where Jurassic Park was filmed, but the pictures I took didn't look impressive without the dinosaurs.
