Posted by: Ruthie at May 28, 2003 06:05 PMDon't forget to buy the Viagra with that Ruthie, and the spam blocker (which is sent by spam).

Posted by: rockinronnie at May 29, 2003 05:32 AMI swear, I get a message that says, "Your WEINER will EXPLODE in size" every day now. It's really starting to creep me out!
The other day I joined spamcop email with much glee...then due to an error by my webhost, the mail forwarded from my email address to the spamcop address for filtering was being recognized as spam when I reported it. So I reported like 200 messages and spamcop thought that all of it came from my host, when they were just forwarding me my mail. Bah! I can't win. I'm hoping they can fix it because I love filtering and reporting all that retched spam. Gives me a little thrill, it does.
Posted by: Susan at May 29, 2003 07:00 AMhehehehe, I use SpamCop, too, Susan. I have to report it all by hand, though, since forwarding would turn into a nightmare from the various addresses I use (and doesn't generally work - you need a server-side forward that just bounces stuff without altering the headers).
Posted by: Spike at May 29, 2003 10:20 AMSo far, I've been relatively free of spam. When I do get it it seems to be Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Irritating, but not enough volume to motivate me to do something about it. Is someone has the nerve to *tell* you they're spamming - well. Along with the oiks that seem to spend all their time running port scans, they're the reason God invented the JP233...
Posted by: Experiment 626 at May 29, 2003 02:33 PMWe have a spam fliter for our ISP ( we are in a small town in midwestern America). My husband spends hours adding to it and I take many phone calls from customers who complain they aren't getting email from certain people. So we take these customers out from behind the spam filter... then they call back asking to be put back in :)
Posted by: cheri at May 29, 2003 03:52 PMHey, FYI, this is a job. Some anti-spammers decided to "white-hat" spam everyone, spoofing that jackass, Schuler.
Schuler never sent the spam, and last I checked "My RX Biz" is no longer in business.
While, I agree, he's still a prick, I still think the "white-hat" spammers are being pricks, too.
