Gtac is a simple GUI that can be used to control your freeware tacacs+ server.
NOTE: Gtac does not yet have full support for configuring Groups or Users. Please read all the disclaimers in the README file.
Get the source code, run 'make' then 'gtac'. Or, if you are lucky enough to be running Linux on an Intel platform, use the precompiled Gtac and tacacs+ server binaries.
You will need GTK (The Gimp ToolKit)
version 1.0.1 or higher to use Gtac.
You will also need the tacacs+ freeware daemon as this is the "engine" Gtac uses.
The tacacs+ freeware developers' kit is here. The latest is version 4.0.2 and I've included the
Users' Guide and a compiled binary for Linux i386 machines (and the diffs
required to get it to compile on Linux platforms). I didn't write the tacacs+ freeware server so please see the included users' guide and don't email me questions about it. There are several mailing lists you should direct your questions to. These are referenced in the freeware server users' guide.
Gtac 0.3.2 Source Code (minor errors fixed).
Here's a screenshot for those too lazy to compile it.
