Responsibilities include: Server setup, maintenance, upgrades, daily backups, system patches, server security, hardware/system tuning, installing new hardware, redundancy, Y2K compliance and testing, future planning, networking, and Meeting Maker application server/client maintenance, upgrades and backups. Lead Cisco's Meeting Maker client/server software upgrades worldwide. This included working with TRC, ECS, client support group (Compucom), DTG, networking, Executive Admins, training, Sun and ON Technology for as many as 14,000+ clients.
