Example HTML Form using the Mail Form Handler

This is an example of an HTML form designed to work with the Mail Form Handler script. This is a functioning form -- it really sends email to me (and you, if you enter your real address) when you submit the form.

For best results:

• Please don't enter a bunch of gibberish, thanks!
• You will be Cc'd on the generated email (provided you enter your real email address), so if you want to test if it works, enter your real address (see my privacy & usage policy if you're worried about getting spammed). Note that due to excessive SPAM submissions, gmail addresses are forbidden.
• View source on the form to see how to code the HTML (pay particular attention to the <input type="hidden"> form elements).
• Submit a blank form to see how required fields are handled.
