Privacy & Usage Policy

The privacy & usage policy for this site is pretty simple:

• privacy policy
• usage policy

Tests of the example form generate an email addressed to myself and to the email address(es) you specify.

When I recieve this email, I may view it and then either dispose of it, or if requested, respond to the submitter. In the case of a feature or enhancement request, I may save the message on my system in my personal email folders to refer to later (that is, to remember feature requests when updating the script).

Under no other circumstances do I collect or archive any email addresses or personal information contained in the test submissions or other correspondance I recieive in regards to the Mail Form Handler.

In NO case do I sell, trade, or distribute email addresses or other information contained in the test submissions or other correspondance I recieive in regards to the Mail Form Handler, either for commercial or personal usage.

Use of this script in order to commit fraud or for other illegal activities is not permitted under the Usage Policy for the script. This includes, but is not limited to, credit card number and password harvesting.

Use of this script for spamming, spam relay, or for harvesting email addresses for spam is not permitted under the Usage Policy for the script.

In no event will I be held responsible for the illegal or unethical use of this script.
