WCA -- Westchester Chinese Association was founded in Westchester County N.Y. September 1991.  The objective of this association is three fold:

1. Help Chinese Americans and new immigrants keep their culture and tradition
2. Promote understanding between Chinese-American and other ethnic groups
3. Unite Chinese Americans in the community to voice their concerns and political interests
