To qualify as a supporting group, a group must purchase a minimum of 50 tickets and provide assistance in this activity. The deadline for purchasing group tickets is Feb. 8, 1999.
Again this year, OCA-Westchester and Westchester Chinese Association (WCA) are co-sponsoring a Chinese New Year Celebration at the Little Theater of the County Center. Chinese New Year is the time for family reunion and festive activities. To help the less fortunate neighbors in our community, we will conduct a food drive at this occasion.
YOCA (Young OCA) members will collect, and later donate the collected canned food to a local food pantry. We want everyone know that we are productive members of this community and we will contribute to the well-being of our community. Please join us in ushering in the year of the rabbit by sharing our good fortune with others! We encourage each of us donate a can of food to help needy neighbors in our community.
