This document contains notes and caveats for the Documentation CD-ROM. These problems will be corrected in future editions of the CD.
If you are viewing a document and the figures do not all display, reload the file. In most cases the graphics will display. In a few documents, the image will not load because the graphic file is missing from the Documentation CD-ROM.
Some cross references are not linked. When you click on the hypertext link, an error message is displayed indicating that the file cannot be found.
Some "next" and "previous" chapter buttons are grayed out when they should be active. To access the next or previous chapter in these cases, you must return to the table of contents for the document.
Fonts are incorrect in some locations. For example, you might see a line or two of bold text that should be plain body text.
Some of the HTML files are quite large. If you click on a hypertext link before the page completely loads, the page may stop loading. The end of the file will be missing, and some links will not work. Reload the HTML file to get the complete file.
