This action must happen within 2 minutes of the time that this message appears; otherwise, the LU is placed in "bad" LU area and will not be reused unless all good LUs are in use. Examine the host VTAM log for trouble. In particular, look for messages indicating a badly configured LUGROUP resource definition or file. Fix the configuration and recycle the affected major nodes.
