• Supports Supervisor Engines I, II, or III and 1 additional module (Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, CDDI/FDDI, ATM, or RSM).

• Does not support redundant supervisor engines.

• Supports standard redundant AC-input power supplies.

• Used primarily for wiring closet, workgroup, and campus backbone applications.

5-slot switch

• Supports Supervisor Engines I, II, or III and up to 4 additional modules (Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, CDDI/FDDI, ATM, or RSM).

• Does not support redundant supervisor engines.

• Supports optional redundant AC- or DC-input power supplies.

• Used primarily for wiring closet and data center applications.

5-slot switch

• Supports Supervisor Engines II or III and up to 4 additional modules (Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, CDDI/FDDI, ATM, or RSM).

• Supports redundant supervisor engines. Redundancy is supported only with like supervisor engines.

• Supports optional redundant AC-input power supplies.

• Used primarily for wiring closet and data center applications.

13-slot switch

• Supports Supervisor Engines II or III and up to 11 additional modules (Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, CDDI/FDDI, ATM, RSM).

• Supports LightStream 1010 ASP in slot 13, with port-adapter modules in slots 9-11.

• Supports redundant supervisor engines. Redundancy is supported only with like supervisor engines.

• Supports optional redundant AC- or DC-input power supplies.

• Used primarily for wiring closet and data center applications.
